Hearing WCCCA Fire Dispatch on 154.28 Mhz tonight

I'm hearing a simulcast of WCCCA Fire Dispatch on the State Fire Net frequency, 154.28 Mhz. Has anyone else heard this tonight? I wonder if it's a mistaken patch.

I heard it at 3PM. WCCCA tapout for TVF&R Ops 34. PL was 156.7. Right after this I heard a K9 unit on South Cities 2 talking to dispatch that he got some kind of weird page from WCCCA on his pager. Sounds like they had some kind of issue going on.
