NXDN here in Western Oregon that I've discovered:

152.4425 Canby Utility Board

151.1300 RAN 10 Woodburn Police - Not encrypted. There was some indication in the forums previously that they were ENC but they are not.

Nike Beaverton NXDN 4800- All are RAN 1 - TGs are in DB
451.14375 LCN 1 Control Channel
451.79375 LCN 2
451.84375 LCN 3
451.86250 LCN 4
461.60625 LCN 5
463.83125 LCN 6

Not sure of LCNs for Nike Hillsboro. All Nike Hillsboro freqs are RAN 2. Control channel on 451.47500. Another NXDN system with RAN 7 also has a strong control channel on 451.47500 that makes trying to monitor Nike Hillsboro impossible from my location.

Consumer's Power NXDN 4800

Site 1 - Peterson Butte, Linn County
152.3225 LCN 1 RAN 1 Control Channel

Site 2 - Mary's Peak, Benton County
152.8925 LCN 5 RAN 2 Control Channel

Site 3 - Table Mtn, Lincoln County
151.9625 LCN 10 RAN 3 Control Channel

I haven't been able to notice any traffic on the system when I've been monitoring so LCN finder hasn't found any LCNs except the control channel ones.

UO NXDN 4800 - Already in DB. Not sure of LCNs. All freqs use RAN 1.
453.9500 LCN 1 Control Channel

The UO LTR system is offline and its freqs are also licensed for NXDN for the same locations as the new NXDN system so they may be incorporated into the new NXDN system at some point. NXDN system is now used for most campus operations.

Oregon State Hospital - Junction City Campus - All are RAN 1
461.3875
462.1750 LCN 549 Control Channel
463.2125
463.3375
463.9125
464.0125
464.7250
464.9375
Only able to verify control channel LCN.

Lane Electric NXDN 4800 Conventional. All use RAN 5 and beacon every 30 seconds with a data burst. Haven't gotten any traffic on them yet.
463.3125 Eugene
464.0875 Mt Hagan
464.6625 Bear Mtn
464.8625 Wolf Mtn

Also got NXDN sounding data from before the NXDN upgrade was available on these Emerald PUD (Lane County) freqs:
451.09375 Castle Rock
451.1000 Castle Rock

Western Oregon University and Oregon State Hospital Salem have conventional freqs licensed for NXDN.

I’m actually thinking that this the KGW tower as I’m receiving it off a yagi pointed at Council Crest. The signal level matches other towers at the same location. I’l continue to look for other sites.

the base channel for Silke seems to be 453.725 and its using 6.25kz steps the new excel channel calculator attached did in fact work on KGW and Site 7

None of the frequencies seem to be licensed at all, i see applications and looks like they were accepted

The FCC auctioned off the 454 band a few years back. Silke bought all the segments here in Oregon. At least in the western and central part of the state. I haven't double checked on the far east side. So, they can use the band for whatever they like and don't have to specify tower locations and freqs. Don't like it myself.

I just found it. Mt Scott. LCN 867 should be 464.4625 which is licensed to Mt Scott.

Not sure if you saw the other NXDN thread for central Oregon, but I found two hits yesterday:

423 - 461.68750
691 - 463.36250

Using the Excel calculator confirmed both with .0625 step. Was a lot easier than doing it by hand. :)

Silke uses market based licensing for their NXDN FleetNet systems such as this one
ULS License - Part 22 VHF/UHF Paging (excluding 931MHz) License - WPVH501 - Silke Communications, Inc.

So no specific frequency or sites.
PacifiCorp is doing the same thing for their VHF trunked licenses.

This is the Site 7 location. The site description on Silke's website states that it covers Troutdale, Gresham among others.

Livingston Mt. (Clark County, WA)
Ground Elevation: 534.9 m. / 1754.9 ft.
Tower Height: 54.9 m. / 180 ft.
Latitude: 45-40-33.4
45.675944
Longitude: 122-22-43.7
-122.378806

I also found TG 12 is First Student Canby

Found two additional sites in the greater Portland area by looking at neighbor sites for KGW, Mt Scott and Cooper Mtn.

Site 5 CH139 454.5875cc

Site 5 is a neighbor site to both Site 6 (KGW) and Site 32 (Cooper Mtn) but not to Site 8 (Mt Scott)

Site 28 CH 47 454.0125cc

Site 28 is a neighbor site to only Site 32 (Cooper Mtn)

So far I can't receive the sites so I thought I'd just put them out here in case someone is in a better location to receive them.
