Lancaster County LCWC mystery RID's

Doesn't fit the pattern:
1304003 showed up on TG 2008 (fire) operations 8
doesn’t fit the 52nnnnn, 53nnnn York County, 67nnnnn Chester County, or 72nnnnn UNID ID’s
could it be a medevac aircraft?

No such station?:
6209nnn fire ID’s but there is no 09 department listed in LCWC’s roster of stations dispatched
seems to include 6209121 (engine?), 6209125 (engine?), 6209161 (squad?),
is this an industrial fire brigade for someone like Alcoa or ECore?

Sometimes you will see wacky IDs when there is a patch set up to another county.

I have seen some 6309 ID's and heard EMS traffic associated, but the 6209 ID's all seemed to be fire traffic when I heard voice with them. They could certainly represent patched traffic.

I don't think it's a scanner error as I've seen these ID's on a Whistler WS1095 as well as my old BCD996XT

But to answer your question, I've logged 6309011, 6309021, 6309101, and 6309911. It sounded like 6309911 was the EMS chief's portable.

I Have picked up the same RID it was a Lifelion helo pilot. 1304nnn series I've seen nnn=001,002,003 used.

If a true patch (between a non-P25 digital system and the LCWC P25 digital) is setup it will show as "256". If LCWC sets up a "conference" between P25 digital radios/systems, it will show the RID's of the transmitting radios.
