OK, not normal scanner fodder, but it's radio and it's in Pennsylvania 
I haven't heard this beacon for weeks or months, and I'm close enough to it that I used to hear it all the time, even in daylight. Is it down temporarily or has it been decommissioned? (I have no idea what the state of air navigation is overall, but I know there are still many longwave beacons running.)
