I think it might be helpful if you could find a hobby to occupy your time and energy. I note that there is no room in the passenger seat for the wife.

Seriously, you must be somehow contributing to the Space Program and / or landing aircraft over there, so we thank you for that.

Let me guess - Either you have a small trailer hauling external batteries or your headlights dim when you step on the brakes....

Very nice! One question; Do you find it difficult sleeping after the 45 minute shutdown sequence?

I like the unit where the radios are. Is that custom built?

It is, bought a table saw and went at it. A little big pricier than I wanted because If the jotto desk inserts I bought.

this is an amazing setup!! What do you have running on the monitors?

I'm running proscan on my right most monitor to see what each of the radios is scanning

This isn't my usual setup. When I used to work for a private ambulance company I would use my vehicle as command when dispatching major events like the Ironman. When I'm just driving around the passenger seat is up and the laptop mount is gone.

I've got an 06 XTerra so I'd love for you to do a detailed post w/pix on that setup. Thumbs up on the home shack - lots of inspiration there.

Really nice shack and mobile setup. Your shack reminds me of a dispatch centre. :D :D
