Default My former truck with radio, lights, and siren

Not sure if I ever posted this before. It was install I had in my Toyota Tundra. I miss that truck. Radio is an Icon VHF for FD frequencies and some ham.

Cool setup! Are those Icom mobiles comparable to Motorola, durability wise? Also, who makes the console? Iíve been hunting for good mounting ideas, I have a 2013 automatic Tacoma with a console shifter, which really limits my options.. wish you could get them with a column shifter instead.

I believe the console was Havis Shield. The Icom is a good radio but Motorola is the Cadillac so to speak.

They are authorized for firefighters by state statute.

Next pic is the 436HP. I may put my 536 back in vehicle, not too crazy about 436.

Even in your personal vehicle? Is yours a volunteer department? Maybe that's why.

We are a paid/on call fire department. Much of NH is rural and we need to be able to get to station.
