Help Programming Pro-95

i have a pro 95 scanner that im trying to program but i cant seem to get it to work. im useing the WIN 95 software and i just cant seem to figure out how to use it. the following list is the places im trying to program.
the list is all trucking channles that need to go into the scanner.

Looks like Edison is APCO-25 (digital) with DES-OFB encryption, so you won't hear anything on the Pro-95, or any other scanner for that matter.

Saryville and East Brunswick are using custom settings, make sure these settings match the Base/Offset/Step in the top right of Win95 (I think).

This is correct. He will need to set the base/offset/step in Win 95 to hear these systems on the Pro-95.

No, Only Edison can not be heard on your scanner. The rest can be monitored
