Is Augusta Fire still simulcasting on 154.400. I havent heard anything recently.

Not sure what you mean by Simulcasting ?

154.4000 is dual mode. Analog No PL and P25 / $770

Have they migrated to P25 totally? or moved to the new Freq of 152.9225

They are not simulcasting on 154.400. That channel is active during 2nd alarms or greater when mutual blame is being called in to the city. Regular operations for PD and FD are all P25 on there new freqs.
