hmm hearing some chatter on the old Plattsmouth PD freq. Or if you're a little up North this would be the old Blair PD freq.
"16" has referred to it as "Channel 3". Did mention Hwy 75 several times and having to make it 60 miles by tomorrow.
Believe they're on portables only, about 5-6 people.

There was a group of old tractors headed west.. to the Nebraska Wyoming border. Went through town between 9:30 and 10:30 this am.. most likely what you heard being talked about.

Plattsmouth PD uses that freq as kind of a talk-around channel. Simplex.
