How to change feed status

I provide a feed for a state user team. This feed is only active during deployments. How can I change the status to not active similar to weather feeds. I am trying to not stream dead audio 24/7. Would like to make active when we deploy. Can someone guide me? Matt

We got your help request. Your feed was already set up like that. Is it not showing "Not Active" when its "offline"?

Thanks for the info. I have not taken it down yet to verify that. Will try tomorrow. I was thinking it shows offline, but that may be my other feed. Any issues, ill respond back. Thanks again Matt
