BCD996T Buttons Not Working

This is weird using the ARC996 PRO software for a BCD996T radio been working fine went to send a new system to the radio and now the menu, L/O, WX, and # 1-4-7 buttons don't work controlling in by the radio only with the virtual control will they work. is there a lock button on here that i somehow hit.

Are one of the keys maybe sticking? If you hit a switch to lock it I would think almost all of the buttons wouldn't work except for maybe scan and hold.

nope just the few keys that i mentioned aren't working, very frustrating. Even tried doing a full delete and reboot of the radio. Must be a defective radio. Oh well

Most keyboards are a ribbon cable that plugs into a connector on a main board. If you are comfortable opening your radio you can check to see if the cable partially slipped out of the connector.
