That was my first scanner (Regency). The best crystal scanner ever made.

I had the Hi/Lo/UHF version in the 1970's. Radio Shack stores stocked crystals for it at the time.

Regency vs. Bearcat

I had the four channel version of this Regency installed in my car back in the early 70s for FD monitoring. But my first radio and my first love was the eight channel Electra Bearcat!
