BCD396XT/BCD996XT: Harris P-25 System

Having a terrible time trying to hear audio clearly on the BCD996XT. Have been trying numerous settings for weeks, but still no luck to hear the audio clearly each time. We have a BCD996 and a BCD536 also and not having much luck with those either. It is a P-25 11 site Harris system.

I cant even decode the local harris system here in Ontario without forcing the unit in to site hold for a brief moment on my 436/536.. UPMAN is aware of the issue... I think it has to do with Harris systems..
