Clearwater PD switched to a P25 Phase II system about a month ago.

EDIT: Note that there is encryption on some of the talkgroups but that's reportedly in the process of being removed, at least on dispatch talkgroups.

Clearwater PD P25 Phase II
Noticed that on RR that the new P25 Phase II is listed on their website, but when I updated my BCD436HP it is not showing up on the scanner.
I forced the scanner to do a full database update and that did not fix it either. I am using a software package called ProScan and I can import the range but my BC796D does not support Phase II
Hoping that this will soon be automatic because when it comes to programming these scanners I get lost.
