Is There A Possible RCS Issue

I have been hearing San Diego County Detention units officers going 10-8 and 10-7 to and from the jails on RCS Rural TG channel and also on San Diego County Sheriff Admin TG channel is there something going with the RCS or ???, I have never heard them on these TG never before until recently, Anybody have an answer for this.

Sheriff's dispatch will patch various TG channels together when they are short dispatchers or have a dispatcher working a special event/operation. This balances the load between dispatchers. Rural and transportation are often slow in the evenings and nights.
