So SIte NAC is 961 via the GRE machine. Will be waiting on your 436 Analyze run for further details. Once we have the WACN and SysID we can tell if it is Motorola, EFJ/Kenwood, or a Harris system.. Also be able to tell once we nail down the alt ccs. Motorola and EFJ/Kenwood will have up to 4 total CC set in rotation availability. Harris, all the freqs are CC available. SysID of 00A or the like is an Harris, any other combo of alpha numeric is Motorola or EFJ/Kenwood. WACN of BEE000 or the like is Motorola or EFJ/Kenwood, and a sting of alpha numeric is Harris.

EDIT: SysID is 965 SO its EFJ/Kenwood or Motorola... Most likely EFJ/Kenwood as no letters in the SysID....Now we just need that WACN and the ALT CC listing.
NOTE: If it is an EFJ/Kenwood good luck getting some of the RS scanners to track it properly as EFJ systems are slightly oddball somehow on them!

Could be a Moto system.... Only way to tell is if something like UniversalTrunker was run and IDed it as such.. Not sure if Pro96Com would do that. LOL if it was an 800 MHz I would say try an PRO-96 or 2096 on it, and if it would not work its EFJ LOL... I can not remember how to read the SYSID to ID the manufacturer... TY guys for the info and quick catches folks.

Crossing fingers that it is not all E on this bad boy.

As soon as UT or Pro96Com get a CC signal from your input source, it populates everything almost instantly with a good data decode rate. Looks like 65536 is an TESTING TG as it is almost back to back short calls...

Randomly fired up the BCD436HP and noticed a couple of groups.
Encrypted, 1031.
Unknown, 7012. (Talked about getting "1818's rocket modem", and to put it in a bin in the motorcycle bay. Google shows it could be a vehicle router. Maybe fleet techs for city?)

Heading to bed soon, will be recording while asleep :)

UPDATE:

The Rutherford County Public Saftey Committee and Rutherford County Commission has approved EMA to move forward with a $16 million plan to expand the Murfreesboro TRS with the addition of 7 sites on top of the existing 4 to provide 95% portable radio coverage across the county. This will move all Fire, EMS, SO, and County Schools operations to the expanded TRS along with all Murfreesboro City operations.

Further, Murfreesboro and Rutherford County have entered into the initial planning phase to consolidate all dispatching and call taking operations with the exception of the Sherifs Office (for now).

The system is currently fully operational, however, it is awaiting final testing in late spring before city operations are moved over. County Operations will begin transitioning shortly thereafter and will completely transition by early next year.

Now for the bad news....
All county operations are set to be fully encrypted. Not sure if the city is going to follow suit, but I’m sure they will.

Just gonna say that you better pray they have not set up the security to NOT allow that.

Just FYI it's going to be all E when everyone is cut over
Exactly so even if your able to prog a APX or an G5 for it... The ONLY ones you will hear will be the 1 or 2 users not encrypted. The rest you like anyone with a scanner will only hear silence.
