10 and 11 codes for Iowa LE

For Iowa I've heard all LE agencies use the same APCO standard 10 codes. I've noticed although that some departments (maybe all I'm not sure) use 11 codes that aren't the standard ones. In particular I was listening to Warren County and heard an 11-3 which isn't on any of the lists online for 11 codes. Does anyone know these codes or have a list of them?

Codes and signals like that aren't standardized and should be going away someday.

I would just take notes each time a code is given, noting the code number and the context. After a while, the commonly used ones will start to be clear.

I do the same when trying to figure out unit ids and patrol areas.
