Need Help

Ok Guys you have come threw in the past for me I need help yet again. I am working on a Pro 106 for a friend . I have all the Ocean Co Fire TG programmed in and its not picking it up. Scanner tells me its picking up the Trucking. I have my Base in my freq in only thing I a missing is the Hi n Low. Not sure is that is what I am missing. Or just I messed up lol

will it recieve your local noaa weather radio?...how close are you to the tower..did you use software or manual program

Yes I get the NOAA and closest tower is a repeater 3 miles away

I know I am a idiot lol This seems simple but I am lost I have done everything but when it comes to enter lo n high ch I can only add 5 numbers n under that its either HEX OR DCML.
