Does anyone know if there are any phase 1 talk groups on this system? Just wondering if I should leave it in my 396t that's only capable of phase 1 or if it's not worth my time.

Never say never, but not likely. All of the new radios being purchased for this system are going to be TDMA capable right out of the box, so there's little incentive to allow FDMA talkgroups on the system. Especially when considering that most sites have an average of only three frequencies (one of them being the control channel), so maximizing the efficiency of those other two frequencies becomes a priority as more users join the system. You don't want to waste an entire frequency for a single FDMA transmission.

Ah, yes. I forgot about the FELHC Bowmanstown site. I haven't checked that for activity in a few months. I'm surprised that there is nothing for Northampton County yet. With Belfast Barracks and some municipalities going with PSP coverage over the Regional departments.

You won't see activity in the Lehigh Valley until probably mid-2019. VHF sites are just now coming online in the SE corner with the 800MHz sites still to appear. It won't be until after that is all done that the Lehigh Valley will come online.

Franklin county checking in, 10147 talkgroup is popping up here ,encrypted

So, I was going to ask what talkgroups people see most frequently on their local towers. Compiling this may help determine a pattern to the PSP dispatch talkgroups. One would expect that towers closest to a particular PSP station will have the most affiliations from that station at certain times of day (such as shift changes). Obviously, with everything encrypted, it is nothing but speculation.

Of course, I say this while monitoring the Devault site. The most active talkgroup is 10151, which I previously suspected to be a Troop H talkgroup. The local stations are not online yet, and the traffic is infrequent with only an occasional site affiliation, so I still suspect Troop H.

The additional challenge is that a lot of the PSP talkgroups seems to appear all over the state so far based on the wiki entries. So, this could be a futile effort.

I had previously suspected a lot of the 1014x were Troop G and 1015x were Troop H based on what I was seeing most active in certain areas during my travels.

FWIW, I went through and reviewed the licenses for all the sites in the DB showing only 2 freqs. All of them had at least one more freq licensed that isn't in the DB, a couple had two more freqs. There are a couple with non-FCC freqs that don't have licenses but it's safe to assume they have 1 or 2 more to be found.

Ellendale is showing a new active neighbor online.

Site 1.18, 858.4875.

This should be the Wiconisco site in northern Dauphin Co.

Could someone verify it is online and grab some info?

Here is the info for ARMS32 (NAC 942). I'll be able to get BEDF02 and possibly FULT01 sometime mid month if no one else gets it before hand

I'll update ARMS32's NAC in the wiki.
Looks like an updated NL also. (Lost Site 1.5 as a neighbor)
Awesome...
Thanks...
