Does anyone know what Motorola P25 Opcode 0x07 is used for and/or the format for the message?

079080670000310203A7FCF5
079080670000310203A7FCF5

I'm seeing this at least on the control channel and the message is normally broadcast at least twice. I suspect there's a 2-byte talkgroup id or 3-byte radio id followed by a 2-byte CRC at the end of the message.

0x07 - Motorola Deny Response (MOT_DENY_RSP)

It is pretty much the same packet as the standard CAI 0x27 opcode.

I'm working off memory here, but I think the 0x67 and 0x77 reason codes fall into the user or system defined codes for the opcode in question. In the sample packets you provided, these are voice channel grant deny responses. Chances are, these are PTT bonks or similar.
