It sounds like West Hartford new p25 being testing I see about 3 talk groups shows up on my 436

Someone said they were going to go encrypted. Hopefully not.

Also, someone mentioned Manchester PD was encrypted but I have heard them before, so maybe in that case it's that one channel is open and one is not.

West Hartford has one site up and is occasionally testing. Still a ways to go with regards to getting everything up. There will be some encryption but not everything or even a majority of TGs.

Channel one isnt encrypted just listened to it within the last half hour. Channel 2 is encrypted

851.07500 cc 851.0875 vc and talk group 1503 and to 2003 and unit ID 1551337 came up 155 West Hartford town code

They are using a temporary license for setup and testing as the existing system is still in service.

I don't think 851.0875 is a valid channel. CCs are 851.0750 & 851.1750

Getting frustrated here. I created a new system on my HP2, P25, put in 851.0750 and 851.1750 and got nothing. wonder if it's the service types. They're all greyed out. I can see the 851.0750 freq on the bandscope and on the activity monitor and lcn monitor,but hearing nothing. Signal strength is only 80%, but quality graph says 100%.
