Hi all-
I have a bcd996p2 and I can't hear PPD. I have upgraded the firmware to DMR, do I need provoice as well? The city police is on the Mototrbo system. Any info/ advice is greatly appreciated.

N8IAA, Perrysburg Police are not on the P25 system. They are indeed on MOTOTRBO. I am not familiar with Uniden scanners so I cannot help the OP with programming. They are on 460.3000 and dispatch is slot 1, CC 11 and TG 911.

UPDATE**
I tried to program the frequency into my scanner under the Mototrbo function. My scanner said I needed to upgrade, which I paid for the DMR upgrade. I called uniden, and they said I had to "rebrand my scanner". Does any of this make any sense? I am getting rather frustrated.
