Did you install the drivers that you downloaded?
Did you check to see if the correct Com-Port is selected in the software?

Which drivers did you download?

There are two. The old specific 125AT drivers are for Windows 7 or earlier.

For Win 8/8.1/10 you need to download the Uniden Universal Serial Driver.

Uniden Universal Serial Driver

Note. You have to put both the uniden_usbser.cat and the uniden_usbser.inf file on your computer.

The .cat file is the security catalog for the driver as is required!

I want to thank all four members for such a quick response to my issue. I can see this will be my go to discussion forum for scanner issues.
With that said, I was able to connect my PC and my BC125AT scanner by running as Administrator. I am up and running! Thanks again!
