406.6625 in KC MO

In the area for some R&R (and scanner listening). I'm hearing CAP+ data bursts and encrypted talkgroups on 406.6625 near downtown KC.

DSD showing its Site 1, CC 1 and has neighbors of 2, 3 and 4.

I see the federal reserve in St Louis is also active on this freq, but I'm most likely too far to hear it from here. Don't know if anyone is interested in monitoring and trying to find more info on the system.

If you look at the DB for the Kansas City MO/KS metro area counties you will notice a severe lack of federal listings. A lot of different places are like that. No big surprise.
