Anyone have know if they are switching to the 460’s. They have four different simulcast frequencies

NYC Hatzolah is not going UHF any time soon. The big change likely coming up would be to DMR, but still VHF.

MFR401, I'm not sure which four frequencies you are referring to; I'm only showing three in my notes:
467.9375 (WPJZ677, expired)
462.9875 (WNKK898 / KFM561)
463.1625 (WNKK898, associated to WPRF775)
and my understanding is that those three are purposed for select point-to-point use and for mobile extender use into the existing 160.2800 system.
