Please identify this antenna

A friend posted this at the CARMA page and we are trying to figure out the name of this antenna, the one on the far left. It is somewhat similar to the AntennaCraft ST-2 but the interior pitchfork type elements have 3 legs on this one. It looks like it has a heavier duty construction as well.

Anyone recognize it?

Siren is a Sentry 5V for those who care :)
The original pic came from a Siren enthusiasts page. I never knew there would be such interest in them but it appears that is a more popular hobby than I would have thought...

That makes perfect sense. I had the siren mentally blocked out in my mind when I read this post but did see the siren when you first posted the pic!
