simulcast p25 on DSD FL VS SDR Trunk

hello everyone. im monitoring my local PD on their p25 Phase 1 Simulcast system. I can get it working on DSD FL no problem but It seems like SDR Trunk Decodes it better and has no missed audio. im ok with using sdr trunk but i like DSD FL better. Am i experiencing distortion or is there some sort of filters i should be using with DSD

Play with your gain levels, gain in SDRTrunk works a bit different then in with dsd's command line.
SDRTrunk shows really high gain levels where in the command line for dsd you may only need to see it at 25 or 30. That's where I would start anyway
