Long Time "lurker" First Time Poster.
2012 Chevy Impala with the Handhelds Mounted. Only clip mounted on a Lido Mounts Goose Neck and plate. The Goose Neck is mounted solid and does not move or shake while driving. The Lido Mounts Plate comes with receiving clips for standard belt clips BUT does a "button" female receptacle that the BCD436HP clips right into.
Both Handhelds easily come off and come with me. Both are powered from lighter plugs and have external antennas.
LEFT
Uniden BCD436HP
Runs all trunking for my area of Fort Lauderdale/Miami
Motorola Smartzone II
EDACS
P25 Phase 1 and 2
RIGHT
"Baojunk" UV-82HP Receiver/Transceiver
Monitors all UHF Conventional for my agency. It is programmed for transmitting, the external mic is not pictured. Receives quite well through the entire area.
Not pictured is my Aviation Transceiver ICOM IC-A6 which I will sometimes switch out with the Baofeng.
External antennas are standard 800Mhz Scanner and 1/4 Wave UHF. Yup, I'm too lazy to drill holes for NMO.
