Based on a few guesses and what has been confirmed this is what I have:

I can say for certain that 2074 is correct in the database as Corporate Security - Ben Franklin Place and the Mary Pitt Center due to my hearing that designation from an individual explaining to someone on that channel that it was that, and he was on the wrong channel. My initial incorrect assessment was a delivery for an individual who I googled was an exec at OC. This led me to wait longer before submitting to the DB and this is part of the reason that I asked to set up a thread for Identifying tags on each of the systems for more reliable identification.
2001, based on the 2002 designation through another thread is a interop should be interop based on some sequence prediction theory
Can we say for certain that TransitConstables2 is 1520 and the service mechanics are on all three channels based on your list or are those guesses on your part?

There is definitely ParaTranspo activity on 479. Radio ID's for ParaTranspo Control have been on this talkgroup also.

You are definitely correct. I have Para as a separate grouping in Proscan so didn't compare it and went by memory I don't have 461 but I will add it to my file and watch for it.
