Simply put, when I use auto find, the bar comes up and then hardly moves, if at all. I have let it sit for 20-30 minutes in a cloudless sky. Anyone else having GPS issues?

Check your baud rate it should be 4800 bps
Scanner: Menu - Set Your Location - Set Up GPS - Set Serial Port - 4800bps
Sentinel: Edit - Edit Profile - Location Settings - Baud Rate - 4800bps then save.
[Sentinel got me many times because of SDS200 runs at different Baud rate]

Make sure that GPS is Displayed on screen it lets you know its on.

That's irrelevant if you never bought the GPS kit, or had your scanner modded with internal GPS.

Jon, Obviulously I have the GPS kit. Didn't think I really needed to state something that ridiculous.

Then there's no reason to run Auto Locate. It's a function you use when you don't have GPS.
