Barix Instreamer 100 setup

Today we tried to launch our Official Feed from the City of Davis Fire Department using a Barix 100. With the help of my city IT department, we followed the instruction from the RadioReference Wiki page on Barix Instreamers. After several hours of trying, we gave up and submitted a help ticket request but have not heard back from broadcastify or radioreference yet. There were several barix instreamer settings that were not addressed on the wiki page. Does anyone know or have any advice for setting up our feed? Thank you.

Rich is helping but I'll take all the help we can get. Our radio feed was working through firedispatch.com on our old hardware so many of our personnel and city officials are used to listening to our major incidents. We would really like to get this new feed up and running as soon as possible. We have followed the instructions on the wiki and have tried setting it up for hours with no luck. Thank you.
