Has anyone else noticed that for the last two weeks Aid 43 has Live Oak PD 1 patched to it?

This looks like a console patch with lid 10045
I have seen the 100xx lids used as console/Patch
also during radio failer is saw
100xx lids as patrol dispatch
I think the console are Bexar Co
not city consoles
also noted there is PC app
Like (Be on PTT) Lids
that area being used
for primary dispatch
while equipment is being updated/upgrades
