Cleveland/Bradley County Tornado

As many know Chattanooga & Cleveland were hit with a EF-3 tornado. Security & Perimeter operations in Cleveland are taking pace on BC-EVENTS1 (5536). Grid Search & Rescue operations are taking place on FF MA 1 & FF MA 2 in the Collegedale area. Some other operations are occurring on LA MA 1 & LA MA 2 aswell not sure what they are doing though. Operations are on TACN for clarification

TG 5537 is BCMA-1 (Mutual Aid 1) Units are using this for communication with the ICC. TG 5536 (Event 1) is being used for security for the damage path of the tornado.

It's well after the fact, but I also heard some EMS Ops on TACN EMS MA 1 on Monday morning.

I keep talk groups 5530 through 5540 programmed into my Bradley County list. Whenever something new or seldom used pops up in Bradley, you can bet it will be in the 5530's.

Yeah when the tornado's struck it seemed that all or most operations in the range lit up. The 911 center had units switch to channels & gave the name. So now PSMA-1 & 2 are in the database with the correct alpha tag.
