So it appears that only the InSite Technology site (along the canal) has been added to the original three site cell so far.

It was however visually apparent on the outside that Ocean City had seen considerable work. The antenna was up, with new hardline down into the shack. The others we either missed visual aspects or they were not present.

I've seen this play out a bunch of times over the years with these SY licenses. Barring them miraculously getting all of those sites online within the next 50 days (seems unlikely), one of two things is bound to occur: a) last minute requests for extension pushing the buildout deadline well into 2021, or b) magically all four licenses will have required notifications filed claiming that the sites are built out, regardless of the actual status.
And in a move that surprises absolutely no one and was totally predictable, the state has filed requests for an additional one year of slow growth extended implementation for all four simulcast cells. Pushes the deadline to October 2021, but they "aim to have the sites online by summer". Nothing like waiting until the literal exact last day of the original buildout deadline to file an extension application.

774.54375 (01-2006) is currently the CC for West Orange. No change in NAC. I'll be keeping an eye on it to see if it reverts back to 774.78125 (01-2044).

It's, of course, been granted. The ironic part is the equipment is mostly installed. Anyway, here's the worst case scenario timeline they included.

They forgot to add Step 4 for Oct 2021 though..."File additional extension"...

Any ideas as to why all these Control Channels are being changed?
What control channels are you referring to? Little to no changes have been made to control channel assignments; the changes we're referring to are to the Site NAC.

A number of the sites share frequencies, as is normally the case with the limited pool of frequencies allocated to the states. With NJ being such a small state with many of the sites within range of each other, it's good practice to use a different NAC at each site. I'm surprised they let it go for so long with most sites defaulted to 390. There will be some changes coming in the next few years, specifically the creation of some new countywide simulcast cells and reconfiguration of some existing cells, as well as the apparent upgrade of the SmartZone system to a 700 MHz (and presumably eventually mixed 700/800) ASTRO 25 system.

Long story short...a little housekeeping, that's all.

Oh ok shifting around to make room for the new stuff and cleaning up what needed to be cleaned up. Gotcha.

Just curious, are you guys still hearing TG 6101?

No change, hasn't budged. If it has not reverted by tomorrow night I'll submit it.
As long as 774.78125 is still control capable, there's no need to update the database so soon. If we determine after a few weeks or a month that 774.54375 appears to be the new permanent preferred control channel, then we can look at an update.

Sounds like a good plan. Thanks for the guidance.

Has anyone else notice the last few days Hawthorne PD has been coming over Ramapo, as what I hear so-far as full time?

Anyone with the inside scoop know if its just temporary? Are they now full-time simulcasted on Ramapo?

I was on some even higher ground nearby this week. Path to the north. Compared to perfect NJICS database and @RadioDitch photo. Surprised to see 30 mile hops almost DFQ from Ramapo and Bowling Green. Washington, Pluckemin (no change). Ramapo still at 390.
