Okay, so after extensive research and only hearing partial traffic on the Dickson site i finally looked at all the freq assigned to all the licenses on that site. Programmed them into conventional and Boom found a typo in the RR DB.

I have submitted the info and hope it updates soon. Scanner works great now. And they are not partial E at all.
452.3875 is not correct.
Please change to 453.3875 same LCN.

This is a Trunking System you must program all frequencies listed for the site and enter all LNC in the correct order along with each TG you want to listen to as a NXDN Trunking System.

So any updates? Can or can’t you listen to Clarksville PD and FR. will the 436 work on it or should I go for a different one?

Clarksville police and fire/rescue’s main radio communications are now on the TACN and so it is less likely that you will hear them on the TN Homeland Security system, at least not full time anymore.

YES you can monitor them on the TACN system fine with the 436. Tennessee Advanced Communications Network (TACN) Trunking System, Various, Multi-State - Scanner Frequencies

All of the Clarksville PD dispatch talk groups on TACN are full time encrypted. You cannot hear CPD on TACN with a scanner.

When did they go back to full time E? They had switched to partial use. And that is what the DB reflects, partial use not FULL TIME anymore. If they have gone to full time use again then it needs to be submitted as a correction and whoever does the DB now can fix it.

They may have been part time until they were 100% switched over and not testing.

whomever is sending updates for the Dickson Site you need to make sure what your doing is correct because it is not correct

all tg's are full open
someone is submitting bad info
and a lot of the Greer Tg's have been deleted here so not sure whats going on and who is sending bad data

What is in the forums really does not matter. Only what is submitted to the DB matters. I was one of the VERY FEW admins that bothered looking in the forums. And I kept reminding folks submit, submit, submit. Miss being an DBA at times, but in a way am so happy I do not have to herd cats, and pry out teeth to get info done right any more. If the Dats is all corrupted now.. Its not my responsibility or headache any more. But again, if data is not submitted per the proper format in the DB using the submit information tabs,.. Nine out of ten times it never will be in the DB.

Your not bothering me. I was just reminding folks one last time that what you post in the forums has not anything to do with the databases. Only what you submit to the databases matters. You can post all day here but unless it is submitted to the databases it's not going in. And questions keep honesty and transparency. But again forums and databases two separate animals. Only a couple of dba's bothered to read the forums.
