New SDS 100 .STL file for 3D printing

My attempt at the vertical version.

PrusaSlicer, Printed at 103%
Pushing radio to corner, clearance between radio and front .05" and left side .1". My designs are printed a couple of percentage points smaller and was concerned about fit. Likely 100% would have been fine.
Uploading the original stl file into Fusion360 resulted in a mesh object nearly 12 inches tall. I've not graduated to mesh yet and no clue about resulting dimensions. Using personal (free) version of 360 so that might have something to do with it.
First picture is from Wyze camera setup to allow me to watch progress, remotely.

I redid my print.

Prusa i3 Mk2S
Sliced with Slic3r
Enlarged to 101%

Perfect fit, not too tight.

The orange one was original size and was just a tiny bit snug however it seems to have loosened up quite a bit after several in and outs.

Actually they are both fine but the 101%er is finer.
