Lawton didn't have any neighbors on Thursday and I haven't been able to decode it since then.
This morning it showed up as a neighbor on Walters & Velma.

Anybody know why they skipped all these site numbers?
One will eventually be Baker Peak and there are at least two SOWs that nobody ever identified.

More than likely these sites will be added in the future, as the system is built-out even further across the state. I'll be somewhere in the OKWIN planning files, there's a master site plan they are working with Motorola to extend the radio system into areas not covered by the old legacy TRS.

I would guess the lower numbers were the 3600 Smart-X site numbers. So whatever OKC and Lawton were are now freed up for the 9600 system.

OKC was 8 and Lawton was 19. Some of the other sites kept the same number when they upgraded years ago.

I need to know what to program into my radios for this new system.
Scanners or actual 2-way radios?
What brand/model radios?
Where did you get them?
Who originally programmed them?

If you are talking about scanners then all the necessary information is here:

Otherwise you need to contact the state of Oklahoma or a radio shop that is authorized to program radios on the state's system and not rely on a radio hobbyist web site for information on programming radios to operate on a state public safety system.

You can only receive sites that are near you.
How far that is depends on your location, antenna height and other factors but would likely be less than 30 miles.
Follow-up... In the OKC Metro, I have been hearing Lawton, Durant, and Clinton units and traffic describing their respective local areas. The root of my question was to see if I had these remote areas input correctly into my "OHP Out of Area" Favorites List... I would conclude that is is!

Thanks for the reply ND5Y and N5bew1

Two new ones popped up on OKWIN BEE00 001-002 Oklahoma City TG's 1355 and 1481. I tried to reverse the math by multiplying 16 by the new TG's and search them out on the old OKWIN Motorola RRDB but nothing found. I may not have done the math right and possibility misunderstood it.

Not surprising. There are a lot of TG that are not in the DB.
There is a wiki article full of them.

You did the math right. P25 TGID x 16 = Type II TGID.

Does anybody know if oklahoma county sheriff is on the okwin p25 i have not heard them
I don't think I have ever heard the Oklahoma County sheriff on either the analog OKWIN or the P25 one. I hear them only on their direct analog channels or on the ECOECN trunked system.

I don't know why the Tulsa site was deleted from the OKWIN system, it is still active.
