DPL 116 is used by the same organization/user that gives the morning and evening traffic updates. I believe at one time it was called the 'PHX550 1900 Net'.

The Arizona GMRS Club has a 550 repeater on the White Tanks. It has several different CTCSS tones/DCS codes. 141.3 Hz (the "Travel tone" for visitors) is available on Tuesdays, particularly for the 1900 net. Other times, the repeater is only available to members, and utilizes split tones. DCS 114 is one of the output tones.

Someone just came on the GMRS frequency with their callsign and stated they were monitoring "Five-Fifty Alpha" with the DCS 116 and then again as "Five-Fifty Tango" with the 141.3 CTCSS 'travel tone'.
