If you have Comcast, they have a standard "maintenance service window" between 1am and 5am, where they will do things such as router upgrades, modem downloads, etc. Their "understanding" of the service window is, the outages are random and to be expected by the customer with no prior notification. Cox cable and Spectrum likely do similar things.

Make sure nothing is going to sleep on the pc, turn off all low power and power saving options including the network and Wi-Fi

I noticed it was only on that computer. I think the wireless is going out. Since it sits next to the router I just plugged it in. Today it was off and on all day long. No issues since plugging it in. Thanks for the advice everyone. I appreciate it.

A final update for anyone who may find this later on. I had a bad network switch and the coax cable coming from the ISP box outside was bad.

That would not explain why it was only one pc

I'm sure it was every device.I only get an alert when the feed goes offline that's the only reason I knew that it wasn't working correctly
