There is no tower in Pawnee County. Closest one might be Fellsburg in Edwards County.

I did not think there was, I was looking at the license, it shows a site in Larned, so was just covering my basis.

The prisons there have had conventional repeaters for some time. That's probably what you are looking at.

Sorry to pull up an old thread. I'm getting Pawnee Co. Sheriff on the Barton Co 852.1125 CC. Larned PD doesn't normally operate on KSICS.
