I'm looking for scanner frequency's for Orleans County Sheriff, Medina PD, Albion PD, Holley PD and New York State Troopers.

Did you look in the database? Orleans Sheriff is on the Genesee/Orleans Counties Project 25 Phase II system.

Don't see Medina PD, Albion PD, Holley PD listed and State pd is in the db. What troop are you?

All PDs are dispatched by Sheriff on the trunked system as listed in the RRDB. NYSP Troop A is dispatched on the trunked system and seldom uses their VHF channels as discussed in this thread:

I often travel through NY and monitor the SP. Most commonly I’m in Orange County and often travel on I-84 to CT. I understand that Troop F in Orange Co is on the Orange Co trunked system. If I travel out of Orange Co I don’t seem to hear any Troop F traffic on their normal vhf dispatch channels...
