SDS100/SDS200: Problems entering ESN and Checksum to Purchase DMR Upgrade Key

I have just received a new SDS100E and are trying to purchase a DMR Upgrade Key from my.uniden.com. I put in the last 9 digits of the ESN and the 3 checksum digits but it says, ‘The Checksum you entered is not valid. Please recheck your input to ensure that you have entered the 3 digits of the SUM value correctly.’
The checksum is 0FC and I am definitely entering zero F C, any assistance gratefully received.

It could be the ESN so double check that. Make sure the number '8' and the letter 'B' are not interchanged.

Not sure if you can buy it from My.Uniden.com site.

maybe try on the other Uniden site for the SDS100E product.


ADDING DMR - NXDN - PROVOICE
 If your model does not have activated DMR or NXDN or PROVOICE, the activation key(s) can be purchased from this Uniden website:
