Some of those changes are going to really annoy me, mostly the start menu in the middle of the screen.

Unfortunately its not an option for me, Autodesk only plays nicely on Windows.

The icons look like linux 10 years ago. And some of the other gripes don't matter, I only use W Pro, home is a waste of time.

I'm glad the windows as a service model went away, though that would just mean an upgrade from 365 E1 to something else on the corporate side, which they can't seem to stop changing. On the personal side, it would be quite difficult to keep computers online. More people would be switching to Chromebook and be gone from Microsoft, considering the price of a laptop now anyways.

The Taskbar settings in Windows 11 allow you to move the taskbar to the left. Kind of a non-issue really. And Windows 10 will still be supported until October 14th, 2025 -- so you can stay on Windows 10 for another four years.
