I am trying to find out if the west mountain ski area uses the same frequencies channels as ORDA at gore mountain

Those are EMS pool channels and probably just for the ski patrol (which is who the license is for)

Here is the license for the ski area. It is in the name of the corporation that owns it. Typical of most privately owned ski resorts.

Late to the party but I can provide some first hand info here. I can confirm ski patrol uses the two channels below, rarely on the second frequency. The mountain ops guys use their own frequency. This may have changed since I've been there, there was talk of a repeater as we had minimal coverage in some areas on the mountain due to terrain.

Primary Channel: 155.265
Back Up Channel: 155.220
