KenCom New EMA frequency, And Fire 3 update

I wonder if they will Encrypt the fire freqy , they have some unused UHF 453 freqys they could use foe EMA
The Fire 3 frequency will have encryption capable as of right now it's some sort of secondary channel
As of 11:00 am this morning kencom has begun testing Fire 3. A series of tone tests have begun with the same 1 long tone playing frequently. The nac is 293.

No problem shortly after the long tone test they did an automatic voice range test sounded very nice for them all still being on FMN radios lol
Some of there mobiles audio is really bad, hardly can hear them
In the rr.com Kendall Co list shows the nac at 611, not 293???
the nac switched multiple times unsure why but i did not enter that into the database
611$ was entered into the database because that was the most recent and common nac that appeared on the channel most of the mobiles were showing as 611 also so therfore 611 stays
Kendall County specifically on the fire 1 channel (Dispatch) lowered the power today for better quality in the county, might be harder to reach the signal outside of Kendall
Have they ever used 154.1525 for anything?
Was this permanent? No difference on signal strength here, and I'm on the fringes of the signal so I would definitely notice it.
It gets used as the backup to fire 1 they have used it on a few incidents like a fire ground or talk channel. As of right now it's a useless channel it does not get used
Kendall FD sounds much stronger here in Joliet , no multiple signal distortion now ...

I could only listen for a short time but they seem to be going from school to school checking signals in the basements , sounds great ...
