Heard some transportation traffic on Event 7 today. "Gettysburg" sounded like base and there were various cars out in the wild doing transports and tours. One was coming back from Camp Hill and alerted Gettysburg that their riders wanted a tour of Gettysburg when they get down there. Each car had a callsign; I heard a lot from Car 27. This TG is channel 5 in their radios.

Gettysburg got on at 0930 for a radio test but the traffic didn't start until noon. Any ideas?

Could it possibly be related to the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial this weekend? What you described could be escorts bringing families in from the airport. I believe they usually stay in the Gettysburg area as that's close to Emmitsburg with plenty of lodging.
