Unless I'm reading this wrong, they're wanting to delete the Mobile allocation, yet keep the FB allocation for the same frequency. Why would an entity do that? It also looks like a town employee is trying to file the update and change the POC information. I wonder if this frequency deletion is a filing error by the town employee.
