ARCXT: 996p2 with ARC XT - NXDN issues - VA Counties

I have some NXDN systems that I am trying to program into a 996p2 (equipped with the NXDN upgrade) but when I import, ARC XT does default into a NXDN "format" that allows me to enter the RAN etc. Most of the users I am trying to program are single freq users. Specifically Galax VA Fire and Galax PD (RR Datebase has not been updated to show the PD on Nexedge but I have info including the RAN). Wythe County VA has some FD's using NXDN. I apologize if this info is already posted elsewhere as I have not discovered it. I have looked on Butel's page but no luck there for me either. I hope I am not missing the forest here for the trees. Thanks

Have never done an update and had no idea how to to do. I will look at the link you sent.
