Are the county and TVFR still coming across the old analog system at all? I'm still hearing some activity on my scanner at home (via my security camera in my office).

Last I checked, I couldn't find any control channels for the analog system. Many of the main simulcast frequencies were recycled for the digital system's east zone.

Check the West Washington County site. Initially the radios (NAS) were saying Out Of Range, when the system switched at 0405. I turned one on a few ago and now site trunking from the West Washington County site. There's no patched audio, but sort of interesting. Also, there is a constant carrier on 859.2375 with a beep about every 10 seconds.

Is there an updated list for TG's? I have been trying to program the new system but it is just not working for me. I downloaded the DB from here, but the new system only has the Tech talkgroups.

Also wondering why they decided to encrypt all LAW the state isn't using encryption on a few TGIDS other counties aren't using it some cities are but to take the blanket approach to encrypt all law is and not being transparent. But on the other hand now I can just get to the url to listen to the Sheriffs office on delay.

EPN440,
There no real reason why law decided to go encrypt. You will hear excuses like officer safety ect but, law enforcement doesn't have to be transparent anymore. Even tho tax payers funded the new radio system and fund local law enforcement with tax dollars most law enforcement officer's ,chiefs and sheriff's don't care about transparency or being held to Accountability and have dislike for citizens who want it. This isn't my option, this is from research.

Anyone have any idea when the new WCN (P25) Broadcastify feeds will indicate online? I’ve been doing an TGID Scan on the WCN (P25) and hearing Fire and automated Tapouts on my SDS200. Sure miss the strong WCCCA analog CCOM dispatch coming to me from Mt. Scott to my 25ft outdoor antenna here on my East side Mt. Tabor location. Have been doing an TGID SCAN on those analog 800’s and not hearing the old system broadcasting anything since switchover early yesterday. Thought that was going to run alongside while the switchover to P25 was happening, but they did a clean cutover for CCOM.

Here is what I have so far, Bold is the TGs I have heard, the rest is a combined list of what others on here have posted.
Looking at the numbering scheme, I added the TG's in sequence. So Ops 22 I put down 3255, Ops 23 - 3256, Ops 26 - 3259. Same on the Washington County's side for your missing ones: OPs 37 - 34260 and Ops 39 - 34262. Now any of the other ones are probably going to be found when they transmit :)

In Washington County, there are five simulcast zones plus one additional Newberg zone. Each zone has its own set of frequencies, including its own control channel. Clackamas County has additional standalone zones. For efficiency, not all transmissions are carried across all zones. This results in what appears to be missed transmissions depending on what zone you happen to be listening to.

Where can I find this info on the new system?
