166.7375 N200 two users in the clear today, appears to be Orange County ID's (one was 51XXXXX and one was 52XXXXX) based on the FL statewide P25 ID plan. Unless the feds. have those id's as well.

don't confuse State/County TRS RIDs with those for Federal Agencies, who use their own
the only time a Federal Agency will use/be assigned County/Statewide ID's is when they are NOT on the Federal system

And yes, this is a 3 letter agency "OBP"

This Freq/NAC and set of RIDS is heard regularly in the Orlando and Space Coast area

This sounds more like a campus repeater being used by security. Most likely at a federal facility.

Yep and not a peep on 164.925 all of last weekend. Maybe they switched to 166.7375?

I firmly believe that 164.925 is building security/facilities at the NLECC in Orlando (located near Lake Baldwin)
